I raised an eyebrow and asked why. "C'mon you promised that I could ride it."
"Yeah but I wasn't expecting it to be this soon." I said. She sniffed and pouted. I rolled my eyes at her. And they said I was the childish one. "Fine you can drive it home." I said and got out to go to the passenger's seat. I saw her smiling widely like a child whose mother bought him his favourite candy.
I shook my head in amusement. "Now baby, let mama spoil you," she said, rubbing her palms together and started the ignition. She drove us out the car park and onto the highway.
"It's too quiet, let's blast some music." She said and I searched my CDs and found one. I sloted it in the car player and Little Mix's Shout Out To My Ex started playing. I increased the volume and we started singing along with it.
"This is a shout out to my ex," I sang. "Heard he in love with some other chick,"
"Yeah yeah, that hurt me i'll admit."
"Forget that boy, i'm over it."
Alex picked up the next verse, "I hope she getting better seeex
Hope she ain't faking it like I did, babe
Took four long years to call it quits
