It's about communication. It's about honesty. It's about treating people in the organization as deserving to know the facts. You don't try to give them half the story. You don't try to hide the story. You treat them as - as true equals, and you communicate and you communicate and communicate. Louis V. Gerstner, Jr.
The morning was going on with the chirping of birds when the sun was dispersing its soothing rays and the scene appeared well with all its enthusiastic magic and the magical rays were giving the beautiful feel and the excitement of a new beginning was giving wings to the soul.
Karen was getting ready when she woke up earlier and was wearing black top with a skin tight white jean, the charming eyes and the mate red lips. The alcoholic love was reflecting obstreperously. She readily called her dear Father this time proudly to drop her to the destination of University. The journey to University was almost 30 minutes when it was proving to be the best journey of her life, she tried to make it more brighter and texted John about her arrival.
Rest of the students were entering the University too, some were already approached there while rest were late. Karen was on time and she was gazing up the university with the entire command of her eyes. After some 30 minutes, all the students were called up in the Adressing Hall where they were being adressed. Sarah and John came together in John's car and they were bit late due to the traffic on the way. The adress was almost of about 40 minutes and just when it all winded up, the students were taken up to the appropriate classes and there was entirely going on the adjustment process among students. Karen was easily adjusted as there were many of her fellows who were there with her in her school life.
