Jiya's face was facing Sagar's face. Before Jiya could move again he had bent down and kised her."Mmm you are so sweet in the morning, sweeter than the lassi you have served."
He then pulled out a chair and asked her to sit. Jiya was feeling so embarassed that she finished her paranthas and not once she looked up.
Sagar decided to break the silence, "Jiya I spoke with the local people. They have informed me that a landslide has occured around 40 kms from here and all roads are blocked so it is not possible to go back today. However the road to Mussoorie is alright. If you want we can go there and spend the night there."
"No Sagar this place is very peaceful. I don't want to go to Mussoorie"
"Then how do you plan to spend the day? I have a meeting in the afternoon. If you want you can accompany me? "
"If its important I can come. Otherwise I will stay at home and spend time in the library downstairs and some in the kitchen"
"So domesticated Jiya"
"Yes I enjoy at home."
Sagar left in the afternoon. It was still raining very heavily. She called up Myra to inform her about her whereabouts. She assured her she was ok. Then she took a book and spent the afternoon lazing around.
