"You know how I feel about Markus and Dinah…" He whispered sweetly against her earlobe. "I just think having a baby would bond our family even more so; that's all." He said reasoning with her as he placed soft butterfly kisses down her neck and along her collarbone. Louise took a deep breath. She knew that Jacob was finishing with law school and would soon be working- that he wouldn't be so easily appeased by her excuses now. She smiled and turned around facing him.
"What about that brief that you have to finish for tomorrow?" She asked seductively and Jacob knew by her tone what that meant. He returned her smile.
"I can get up early tomorrow…" He suggested stroking her back gently and causing her to smile prettily.
"Oh no Jacob… I know you… I let you stop now and go to bed; it will be like trying to get one of the kids up." She reminded him. She then stood on her tippy-toes reaching upward and planted a soft but passionate kiss on his lips. Then she abruptly stopped the kiss and began walking away. She stopped turning around to face her husband.
"Don't worry I'll be up late… Hurry…" She teased giving him an inviting smile and flirtatious wink with her warning. She then turned back around walking out of his office and closing the door behind her. Jacob smiled and then hurried to complete his brief so that he could join his wife in bed.

Jayden's First day of School "Mom! 'Nough already…" Jayden impatiently whined as Marla snapped up one last picture of his first day of school. Marla gave her son a broad smile as she held back her happy tears. She couldn't believe that it had been five years already and her little boy was starting school already.
"Okay-okay… I've got to have something for the scrapbooks." She chuckled as she informed him and threw her disposable camera in her purse. On the way to work, she would stop by Walgreens dropping them off. Then she could pick them up on her way back home from work.
"Give mom a hug," she said as she squatted down to his level holding out her arms.
"Mom! I'm too old for that… And not here." He scolded her as he looked around to see if anyone was watching. Still he reluctantly went into his mom's open arms. Marla chuckled at her son as she squeezed him tightly. Just as quickly he had entered her arms, he quickly pulled away. He was becoming a big boy if he no longer wanted her hugs.
