Mixed thoughts of her car repair bill, work, and of course the dream man. The most of her thoughts were of the latter of the three. Drinking the last sip of her wine, she poured another with the attempt to read some more without shameless dreams entering her mind. She did manage to overcome thoughts and drifted off to sleep before finishing her second glass of wine.

Refreshed and relaxed, Monday morning she proceeded on with her normal day, without any car problems at last. This morning she had to make a stop, before her coffee, at a nearby convenience store for a couple of items. Craving her coffee she hurried as quickly as she could. Rounding the corner to head to the counter she walked right into someone. “Sorry.” She apologized to the person then looked at him. It was her dream guy. She froze, staring with her mouth agape part way nearly dropping her items.

“It’s ok.” He assured her. “My fault, I should have been watching where I was going.”

Sitting in her car she was shaking. Why did she shake? He didn’t smile; he didn’t seem to remember me from that day at the cafe. Was that why she shook?

All this time dreaming of him and he didn’t remember her and the thought of her freezing mouth open; it was kind of embarrassing for her.
