Everely lynn decided to change her name to Everlyn Lane Sherman and Averly Lynn decided to change her name to Avannia Louise Sherman. When they arrived at the lawyer's office he was still in a meeting which was lasting longer then he had expected. The girls was shown to a quante little office and offered a drink. They both accepted a diet cola. he greeted them into his luxury office that adjoined a conference room with laouging chairs and a television set. He escorted them into the onference room. after being seated he turned on the television and inserted a DVD into a DVD player.
The DVD was of the night their family died along with a lot of people then of the fire. he had records of where the town had a judge cease the family's money including life insurance and the most of the town's people protesting and threatening the girls. He informed them this is what the judge will hear and it was enough to even charge some people with hate crimes. The girls didn't want that they just wanted their names change to ensure their safety.
When he heard the names that they had decided on he shook his head and told them he wouldn't suggest them using the same last name due to the fact if one was seen and recognized or accidentally found out about the other one's identity the other one's would still be intact and he was going to set two different court days one for each of them. That way if any one did stumble onto one the other would still be entact. Everely like the name she picked out so it would become Everlyn Lane Sherman.
