A Simple Life of a Teenage Boy - Page 41/97

Next thing is that now I'm in my eleventh grade. That means after completing next year of study, I'll be passing the high school life. Time flew so fast and it feels like I'm gaining maturity. I remember the birthday I celebrated when I was thirteen. I kind of feel sad and excited both at the same time. The reason for my sadness is because I will no longer be able to spend my childhood. Childhood was the best part because we were like a free bird. Running wherever the hell we wanted and enjoying by doing each small things. We were lost in our own small world. There was no tension of our career neither we fell in love with anybody. The only love that existed back then was with our family. Our friendship was something that could never be broken. We fought, we yelled, we cried, we lied and even made fun of each other. Whether it was catching a butterfly or killing insects or playing with mud, we enjoyed in all those little things. Whenever we walked down the street gathering more friends we felt as if we were the rulers of that town. We walked proudly and felt like there was an invisible crown up in our head. When I think about that, oh that was stupid and crazy and funny. We were so innocent. Man, I wish time would roll back and I would be able to spend the time it was back then.
