Frenchie waited untill she got out of the car then came running to her. She noticed something red all over his pretty fawn color coat. She called 911 and informed the dispatcher she would like for the police to come and checked out the building telling the shape she found Frenchie in Then saying to them that Dr. Watson would never put Frenchie out by himself. The police dispatcher or her supervisor didn't take her serious and sent the dog enforcement officer out to pick up Frenchie and to ticket Dr. Watson for not having Frenchie on a leash.
When she got to the scene and noticed the red on Frenchie and the door open she also got the suspicion that something was wrong and radioed the dispatcher to send the officers to the scene for a wellness check. She told the dispatcher the red on Frenchie looked like fresh blood.Within minutes the police came. They found Dr. Watson laying on the floor in his office. He had been bludgeoned to death with a baseball bat that someone had brought into the building. That made it a premeditated murder.
