Until Sunrise - Page 26/75

She pulled her sweater close to her body. It was mid-morning, she tried not to react to his comment.

“Uh…” she said. “I’m I supposed to thank you for not wanting to take me out again?”

“I don’t want any gratitude, I don’t want to make you feel uncomfortable.”

What will Ricky do if she ripped her clothes open and wriggled naked body like a flamingo in front of him. She thought. No, too much desperation but still, the image made her smile. When Ricky saw that smile he murmured “Damn,” he stepped into her room, slung an arm around her waist, pulled her closer and then kissed her.

His jaw tightened and she was leaning on him, she said softly in his ears. “Thanks for not kissing me and not wanting to go out with me.” He rolled his eyes at the sarcasm in her voice. She laughed so loud, he wanted her but she wanted to hide from everyone. All she could think of was what Ricky would look like naked on her duvet. Delicious!

He kissed her again, harder this time. She wanted him to stop even as she kissed him back. Even as her tongue encouraged him. Even as she wound her arm around her neck and clung to him. He slid his hands down her sides, then slipped his fingers beneath the loose edge of her sweater. She felt his fingers lightly caress the small of her back. His warm palms slipped to her abdomen fanning lightly to her heated flesh. The knot in her stomach tightened as the sensations tingled her chest.
