Beatrice gave him an old fashioned look and indicated a door on the far right. ‘The poor child’s exhausted.” She called out as he strode over to the door purposefully, ignoring her. Just the thought of her made him go hard. The little vixen had made the break up with his newly-rejected lover an ugly one. He took a deep breath, he would make her pay.

Slowly, he stripped off his jacket and his shirt and stretched out beside her, taking her in his arms, inhaling the sweet, clean fragrance of her body. She moaned sleepily and then, putting her arms around him, murmured “I love you. Don’t leave me…’

He stiffened.

A sharp wave of jealousy swept over him; who had she been dreaming about? But as he lay beside her, holding her to his body, he felt a strange feeling of satisfaction, of contentment engulf him and soon, he was asleep.
