Adhira saw him and asked,” Don’t you have office today?”
He shook his head as NO and said, “Come, Let me drop you.”
Adhira screamed at him,” Why didn’t you tell me before? I would have also applied leave right?”
Arya was taken aback hearing her. He was very much confused now also had no idea what happened to her. He saw her with puzzled face.
She spoke again,” Answer me.”
Arya saw Lakshmi with a confused eyes and then met her eyes. He stammered,” Well….. Actually… I was about to…. Say……. But…..”
“But what???”
“Morning when you woke up…..”

Arya finally rushed out the words out,” You didn’t want to apply leave since I came.”
Adhira rolled her eyes and spoke up,” So you didn’t say?”
Arya nodded his head and saw Lakshmi looking at her if she can help him out. Lakshmi understood his gesture so she spoke,” Adhira, Do you want to take leave today?”
Adhira nodded her head and said,” Yes.”
Arya breathed heavily and there was a drop of sweat on his forehead. He spoke up,” Fine. Let us inform your manager.”
Adhira texted her manager and took the day off. Meanwhile Arya went to Lakshmi and asked.” Why is she behaving like this suddenly? I am afraid something has happened to her.”
