The next day when Sagar came to office he found her desk empty. He was informed that Jiya was not well so she had applied for two days sick leave.
He knew she was very upset and yesterday's incident was responsible for her absence.
He had overheard the name of the movie theatre so he planned to go and meet her there.
Jiya was very upset. She had cried the whole night but had not told Myra anything over the phone because Myra was on an outdoor official trip and she didn't want to bother her.
She decided to call Nikhil to cancel their movie today but before she could say anything ,"Jiya what a pleasant surprise? You know what I can't wait to spend time with my new friend. Infact after the movie I will take you to a very unique chineses restaurant. I am sure you will love the food there."
"Why are you so quiet?"
"Nothing I was just not well so was hoping that we could avoid going out today?"
"If that's what you want I can always cancel?"
Nikhil was not responsible for her bad mood so why should he suffer? Moreover going out with him might change her mood.
"On second thoughts I think we should go. Nikhil I am at home today so can you pick me from my residence?"
