The next month passed in the same manner. Raima was to leave on Saturday night. When Dev came to meet her on Friday he informed her that he had some work in Bangkok and and he would accompany her.
Raima’s tickets were for first class with Dev while rest of her team of ten were travelling economy.
Dev was to stay at Bangkok while Raima and her team moved to Pattaya. The guests were to start arriving on Tuesday so Raima had two days to check the arrangements. She was staying at Dusit Thani with her team. The entire Monday passed meeting the banquet managers, the transporters, the chefs and other people.
She ordered for dinner in her room. Around 10 O’clock Dev called her.
“Hi, my beautiful lady. Are you awake?”
“Dev, what’s wrong?”
“There is nothing wrong in calling a beautiful lady as beautiful”
“Dev are you drunk?”
“No I am not. Why do you have to look at everything so negatively?”
“It’s just that you are sounding so different “
“Maybe I am missing someone.”
“Dev I am very tired. Can I call you tomorrow?”
“Goodnight Sweetheart.”
Had just Dev called her sweetheart? He must be drunk Raima concluded.
The next day was again very busy for Raima because Guest were to arrive around 6 AM in the morning so all the rooms and suites needed to be ready by tonight.
