Maya and Varun both felt as if the time was moving slowly. As time went by Varun had tears on his eyes. He was about to cry but he controlled himself.
Maya thought,” Varun, I am waiting for you. Come soon.” Varun while he was in car he felt a warm breeze on his face which made him to feel Maya’s presence. He pacified himself and spoke to himself, “Be strong. Maya is yours and only yours.”
The traffic was moving so they crossed it and by 11.30 am Varun reached the destination. He paid the amount for cab and ran inside with his luggage.
He went inside and his scanned for Maya but she was not be found. He then saw paatti who was sitting and speaking with Maya’s mom. He walked towards them and while walking someone commented,” The bride and groom were looking like so gorgeous. Thank God! Everything went well.”
Varun was shaken by the comment. He thought,” What? Did the engagement got over? How can Maya do this to me?”
He then searched for her and saw that she was coming out from Bride room. He felt as if someone had removed his heart out. He was standing there shocked and speechless also dropped his luggage on the floor due to the shock.
