Storyline Northanger Abbey:
Catherine Morland meets Henry and John, both intriguing young men while on vacation. She is drawn between them and is soon invited to stay with Henry's family Northanger Abbey. John tries to sabotage the blooming relationship. Henry's father initially forbids the marriage because John tells him that Catherine is not as rich as he previously believed; but, he eventually approves when his daughter becomes engaged to a wealthy, titled man.
