Dixie and Vedella kept their composure during the horse show. Dixie purchased two stallions and Vance purchased one.

They left the horse show and accepted and invite at a restaurant by Vance and Bayon.

"I came to Houston with Dixie to surprise you honey." Vedella replied.

"I'm glad you did. Will you have dinner with me tonight? Vance asked.

"Yes." Vedella answered.

"It's nice seeing you again Dixie." Bayon remarked.

"This is a surprise to see both of you together. How do you know one another? Dixie asked.

"We met several years ago at a horse show right here in Houston." Vance replied.

"Will you have dinner with me tonight, Dixie? Bayon asked.

"Yes, think I can manage to have dinner with you, Bayon." Dixie answered.

"Well little ladies this was a very good and pleasant encounter. We have to attend a meeting." Vance commented.

"I'll see you tonight Dixie." Bayon replied.

"See you my love." Vance replied looking at Vedella.

The gentlemen left the restaurant.

"Dixie honey, I'm so excited. I came here to surprise Vance and I got surprised. I'm glad Bayon was with him. I think the two of you have some unfinished business." Vedella exclaimed.

"I have to admit the old feelings came rushing back when I saw him." Dixie replied.

"I can't wait to tell the girls back home. They'll never believe it." Vedella said excitedly.

"Let's go shopping. I need a few new things. Why don't we go to the bridal shop? Dixie asked laughingly.

"That's a good idea. I have a feeling something good is going to happen on this trip." Vedella replied.

Later that evening Bayon and Dixie were having dinner in her hotel room. They decided not to go to a restaurant.

"I've been thinking about you a lot this year. I wanted to call you several times, but I kept changing my mind. I wanted us to give it another try. When I saw you this afternoon I knew it was the right time to speak to you." Bayon stated.

"I have thought about the marriage we had and I knew we didn't give it our best shot. We let other things less important get in the way. We didn't consider our marriage first. I know that we're meant to be together." Dixie stated.

"Will you marry me again Dixie? Bayon asked.

"Yes! I most certainly will marry you again, Bayon." Dixie answered as she leaned over to receive Bayon's kiss.
