When they got home, they got the children in the house, Taffy was doing her thing in the yard, and when Starke carried the cooler in, Taffy ran in too. They got everything put away, Candee got Jamie fed his dinner, Starke fed Taffy and they decided to have pizza and salad for their own dinner, which Marie thought was a great idea.
They were getting their children ready for bed, when Candee asked, Marie if she'd like for mommy to read her a bedtime story, and received a surprising reply, "no mommy, but I would like to listen to some music", it should not have been so surprising because Marie liked music it seemed from birth, and so Candee handed her the small recording devise, and Marie put the headset on and snuggled down in her bed, Candee kissed her daughter goodnight, and Starke came in to do the same, she passed him saying, I'll be in the nursery reading to Jamie then.
She picked up a nursery story book and settled her son on her lap on the rocker, and began to reading, she pointed to the pictures, as she went saying puppy, and heard her son say pup, kitty, he tried kit, she was amazed and continued, she knew this child wanted to talk so very badly and now she knew for sure that he is trying, and so she would read to him now almost every night. One day he would take command of the English language, she was sure, perhaps be a writer, or a teacher.
While his sister was somehow destined to be a musician, she made a mental note to speak to her husband about perhaps starting Marie on piano lessons or whichever instrument seemed to interest her.
When she got back downstairs, Starke was in the office he had booted up their computer, and was receiving e-mail, he motioned her in, and she sat beside him, "look we're receiving the photos from Gloria." "Good, let's have a look at them." and they started viewing them, and they chose the ones they would print, and had a few laughs over some of them, but agreed they were wonderful." And together they dashed off a thank you e-mail back to Gloria and Chad.
Before long it was time for the eleven o'clock news, which they liked to watch together before retiring to their bedroom. Cameron, Julie and the K's were also viewing the photo's that were sent to their, Computer, and enjoying them, at least one of their family members were on many of the photo's, and they were going to print quite a few themselves.
