Chad was driving Gloria home, and they were talking all the while they drove about how much fun they had together and how well they danced together, taking second place in a dance contest, was no easy feat for dancers who had danced together for years, and here they had done it on the first night out dancing together, they were both amazed by it all.
Gloria, said, "it's pretty clear to me that we both love dancing as well as other interest, how would you feel about taking some lessons?" I've been thinking about it for awhile but I had no partner. He said, "What kind of dancing do you have in mind?" She said, "Well Salsa is so hot right now," and it looks like fun, and not all that hard, what do you think? He said, cool.. is what I think, I've seen it on TV and yeah, it sure does look like fun, and I think this one will be around for awhile unlike some of those fad dances we had to do tonight. So yeah, let's do it, if you'll get the information and let me know when and where, I'll show up or pick you up whiche ver works best. Gloria said, "Great we've got a deal then."
And then they were back at her place, she invited him in, but he said, "he'd better be going on home" he didn't want to rush things between them, they were having too much fun dating and getting to know each other, Chad said, "we have lots of time, angel it's to early in our relationship, we don't want to chance mucking things up now do we?'' She kissed him then for all she was worth, and he kissed her back, and said, ''I'll call you, or see you on line soon, angel, then he kissed her again briefly this time, and then he jogged to the car, and drove off.
Gloria let herself in, reset the alarm, picked up Smokey and gave him a hug, as she whirled around with him in her arms, she was one happy lady, things were going so great with this guy, he was so different than any of the guys she had dated before, all they wanted to do was get her in bed ASAP, not Chad, he was a gentleman. She set Smokey down then, and took her shoes off and padded to the kitchen to fix herself a cup of hot chocolate, before going to bed it did wonders to relax her into a deep sleep.
