"Just trust me will ya," he said as they descended back into the subway underworld, unknown to them someone was watching their every move.

The big Russian caught sight of the couple as they journeyed deeper into the depths of the station. They took a new route in hopes of avoiding the same police they encountered on the way up. Once they returned to a train platform, Aurora figured out her partner's new plan. "Are you frigging crazy?" she belted out just as a train was roaring by. The passing cars moved with such momentum, that it whipped around her ponytail and yanking at her clothing as if unseen fingers were trying to disrobe the young beauty.

"Trust me," he said as the two made their way to the end of the Long Island Railroad platform. "We will have to hurry through the tunnel though," he added as she looked upon him as though he were crazy.

"Have to hurry through the tunnel…..no shit Stryker, we'll have a train chasing our asses!" she screamed over the bellow of the passing train. "Can we even do this?" she questioned as they neared the end of the platform and the entrance to the tunnel.

"Yeah we can escape through this tunnel and walk on through to the next platform at the other end. From there we can get back to street level," he said trying to sound confident.

"You better be right about this Stryker," she said looking deep into the passageway.

"Well now, we really don't have much of a choice," Stryker said pointing directly in front them.

Aurora followed his finger and cried, "Oh shit!" she said with disgust in her voice.

Like a monster from Hell itself stood The Big Russian remaining motionless near the mouth of the tunnel. With a turn of their heads, the pair looked into each other's eyes before withdrawing their firearms and bearing all their attention upon their enemy. Although he was a big brut, Ivan could move pretty fast for his size as he launched his shotgun into firing position after spotting his rivals coming his way. Stryker was the first to unleash the assault, his weapons muzzle blazing with flames. The gun so powerful he struggled to maintain its acuity. Again the bigger man turned himself and hid behind a squared pillar as Stryker's discharge blew apart the otter tiles of the stone fixture. The instant the hand held machinegun went silent, Ivan swung around from his cover point and let loose his own thunder buster counter strike.

Aurora's gun was no match for the sheer power of Ivan's 12 gauge had to withdraw and take cover behind a platform pillar of her own. Snapping a new magazine into place, Stryker rejoined the confrontation with short steady rapid fire concessions that held the big man in place. Waving Aurora on to rush their adversary, Stryker unleashed a suppressing fire of immense power. Aurora wanted to flank the Russian before her partner drained his arsenal. Once Stryker's muzzle went dim, an onslaught of shells battered the airspace between the Russian and the government agent. One shot after another the big man executed his violence until an image appeared off to his right.
