Dean hoped that wouldn't be the case, but he was less than sure. He skirted the question. "It seems to me, the jury is still out on this mess but if Shipton is stalking her, legally or not, she deserves reasonable protection until we know for sure. Even if she's not in your jurisdiction, couldn't you just stop by and speak to her, tell her what her husband intends to do? Suggest she get a lawyer?
