While going through old file the unit's phone rang and it was an elderly woman called reporting that her tenant Ms. Emilly Smile hadn't been seen for awhile and her two pets keeps barking and meowing. The detectives took her statement then went inside her apartment..The little yorkie ran and jumped on detective Gibson. The cat hid when they opened the door. There was no sign of criminal behavor in the apartment. There were no food in either of the animals bowls and the water bowl was almost dry.
