Linda was right. The kids played at the park for a bit and before they knew it, it was already time to get home and start packing. The kids spent the next couple of hours packing while their mother finished up on all of the other chores and cooked dinner. By 8pm everything that needed to be done was, and they all sat down and ate dinner and watched TV. Linda told them that they all had to be in bed by 9pm so that they could get up before sunrise to get an early start before the weekend traffic would hit. It was difficult to sleep since they were all so excited, but they all somehow managed to be ready and be asleep by 9:30pm.

Linda set the alarm clock for 5:00am Saturday morning and she and Mike finally went to bed as well but it was already 10:00pm. That didn’t give them much time to sleep before it would be time to get up and go. Before they knew it the alarm clock sounded and it as already time to get up and go. It didn’t take much time for everyone to get ready because they had already gotten ready the night before. All they had to do was grab their things, put them in the car, and head off on their way. A few items had to be placed on the rack on top of the car because the inside was too full for everything to fit. Off to the hills they went. The kids were so excited that it was difficult to sit there for so long so they decided to keep themselves busy to pas the time away much faster. They read madlibs.
