The stars started to disappear. Still, she could not come up with one single idea that would ensure a 100 percent victory. Frustrated, she sat up. Inspected the beauty products in front of her and opted for a mini facial. While waiting for the moisture mask to work its magic she washed her hair and pampered her body.
After finishing, she pulled the bath plug. Stood up just as dawn broke. Taking a fluffy bath sheet, she towelled her hair and body vigorously. Flinching when she placed one foot on a cold stepping-stone.
I still don’t have a proper plan. I guess I will just have to do what I always do, go with the flow.
Extinguishing each candle, she ended in front of the double doors leading to her bedroom. Another memory drifted to the surface.
