On the first official day back to school Genevie couldn't wait until study hall. She rushed down the hall to the writing room where she knew she could find Sister Sarah at. Sister Sarah greeted her as usual . When the last student from the class before left Sister Sarah closed the door. and locked it.
Sister Sarah explained that over the summer she had been Italy She had even been to the Vatican and met one of the pope's assistants. He was a historian and hopefully could find out some information on her family. Sister Sarah asked Genevie when Mother Superior was going to teach her family's religious book.
Genevie said that they had already began but it still didn't make any sense to her. To her it was more of a chant. or something. She said Mother Superior said that a priest says one sentence then the congregation says the other saying.
