She knew the minute she gradurated from school she would go back home even if the house wasn't theirs anymore that she could get a little place and would be much happier there. She would even try to get her mother to go back there also. She felt like her life had been turned upside down. Little did she know it was going to down hill even more.

Kelsey was home alone when a call came in. It was from an life insurance company. They had received an application for 1.5 million dollars on the death of her mother. the beneficiary was her father. She didn't think her mother knew she would ask her about it but she took the message for her father but she wouldn't give it to him unless her mother approved it.

Kelsey didn't like the way her father was acting and had acted ever since he came back from Hawaii. She was bound determined to keep her mother safe as possible.as she could. Her father finished and became a Microbiologist and was offered a teaching job out west. He told Maxine that he wasn't sure if this was going to pan out so for the time being Kelsey and her should stay put at least until Kelsey graduated from high school. On Spring Break Kelsey went over seas with her mother to the UK where her mother had a painting assignment to do the royal family portraits.

Kelsey enjoyed the tours around London and visiting Abbey road and some of gardens, and their eating establishment, She loved their cannel's day trips. She loved Big Ben and the castle's tours. She a great time attending a musical play The Phantom Of The Opera. In fact she saw it two times and was scared even more the second time she watched it. She visited one of the famous clothing designer's shop and picked out a beautiful dress for her mother and her to wear to graduation evening.

During the last month of school Kelsey was busy with the finals, plus her part time job taking care of horses at the race track, plus her weekend job at the library. then the dress rehearsal and stage rehearsal for her graduation ceremony. If Kelsey had been going there longer then she had she would have a least one friend but instead she gave everything up for her father.

The last year and a half had been hell for her. The private school she had enrolled in the other girls stuck to a certain group and wouldn't make new friends and if a boy was interested in a new girl they would cause a bunch of trouble. Kelsey hadn't told Maxine all of the trouble the girls had caused her. She just wanted to forget about it. She knew it would be over in a very few days then she wouldn't let herself to look back on those days.
