Joan and she decided she had enough and that the offer of Durban was sounding better by the day and John was getting to the point that he was about to take the law into his own hands that her sister suggested that they go look at Durban and spend a couple of days there

So they accepted the invitation and closed up shop and headed down to Durban. The town was like a little English town. Red brick homes and business. The city buildings had bars on their windows and the homes had shutters. The address took them into the country a little ways on the out skirt of Durban to an old castle looking house. It was hugh and looked a little run down where they met Mr. Jamison. He served tea and cookies and told them the house he was willing to them was right in Durban and the reason was that John's father had saved him one night during a vicious wolf attack and that he had been here in Durban on business which took about six months to complete and they had gotten to really know each other. John's father was a doctor so six months didn't sound unusual especially if he helping out with the local doctor.and the house or building as he called it was sitting empty so they might as well settled in now and take possession of it now.
